I noticed the Youtube version of BFTE is a little off sync with the audio but the vimeo version is perfectly on sync. It's only a slight delay but for me it makes a big difference in the performance!

Jackie said it's been two years since he switched to the skid entry for the 3A and that's why he's gotten more consistent. It does seem like he's relying more on technique now, whereas before he was kind of muscling it.

Sometimes youtube delayed the sync... Kind of technical problem I guess.
 
Can’t believe that was only a year ago. Seems so long ago, he feels like a totally different person from then. But then he’s always grown by leaps every year. 2022 version of Nathan should be interesting.

The coach needs to get his facts straight before making such laughable comments. Nathan was doing 4lz3t, 4t 2 years ago at 4cc 2017, and scored 103, which helped him to win over Yuzuru. Raf never talks about other competitors like that.

I agree with discode a rivalry is good thing for the their further development, but making comments like these just make people scratch their heads. And BTW why their people like to target Nathan. The comments are ridiculous to read considering it was post about Nathan by John Wilson.

Q: World Champion Nathan Chen trains via skype with his coach Rafael Arutyunyan. Is this a new fashion?
A: Honestly, I want to take my hat off to Nathan, because, as far as know, he trains on ice completely on his own, without anyone around. That’s really, really hard. He’s amazing that he can make himself do it at such a young age. And it’s for sure he sometimes has to make himself work, because when you don’t have a rival around, you just sit, and the sport loses its sense.
