That was hilarious. He did it!

I'm always baffled by these clips from the Japanese media. What are these shows? They have panels of laughing commentators setting up tricks or competitions among the skaters. Are these skating specials or regular shows that just occasionally feature skaters? There is nothing like this in the US AFAIK.
