Meagan and Eric were lackluster today, low energy.

So is my radio Canada stream, smaller screen yet fuzzier than yesterday. Still glad and gratefully though.

Decent performance, but all the pairs really need to work on their leg extension.

I agree with what Spun Silver said last night about the announcer, "let me hear you ladies & gentlemen". :p Feels like I'm at the carnivale.

Zhang & Wang

Worst so far. And pretty much transitionless.
A little heavy on the twist landing
messup on the side by sides. I'm not sure if one of them doubled

very two footed throw double loop with her leaning forward

48.04

nice Good death spiral though

I think they usually do a 3-twist, there might be an issue here. I do recall last year during the World Championships, she came down on the triple twist and broke his nose with her elbow!

Thank you for this valuable piece of information; just as I said "PAIR GIRLS & GUYS ARE TOUGH"!!!!

Yue ZHANG / Lei WANG (CHN)

3FTw - she touches his shoulder on landing
3T - she doubles, he has stepout

Now to hunt for Univ. Sports and catch up on TV as I thought there would be 68 pairs and i could get away with sneaking in late...

Darn the time change too. Poor skaters. It's inconsiderate to change the time at the last minute.

Go, Takahashi and Tran!

What was up with the organ in that arrangement of the Aranjuez adagio that Dong and Wu used? And the screeching violin. That piece of music is a crime against nature.

Today I learned Jessica Dubé is actually older than her pairs partner Sebastien Wolfe. I didn't know that was even possible or allowed in modern pairs skating. Jessica, you cougar!

 and I've learnt what a cougar is; except from a beautiful animal...

I too wonder were Zhang/Zhang are? Injuried I suppose?

Zhang and Wang are the Chinese pewter? Bronze medalists? The Chinese pairs program sure has gone downhill.

Wait to see Sui/Han's quad twist.

Nadine, Pairs girls are of tiny bodies, biggest guts. Pairs guy are strong physically to be good chick hoisters but also need mental strength to deal with guilt and trauma of mishaps.

Sigh, computer conked out again. :( But I recall this rough & tough looking pair earlier this season at some GP? I'm waiting for that one pair where the little girl has lots of pizzazz!

Replay shows she fell on the throw jump, but I was watching him, he flew off the ice as well.

Lots of problems
off unison on the triples
3tw high, but not best landing
3 loop throw, and she had problems with the landing and put both hands down and rotated out.

49.52 SB

Last warmup group coming out.
