OK, I'm probably the slowest person on the uptake for this.

I just watched the clip of Ryan in practice. HOLY COW!! The segment shown was very interesting footwork and choreo, spreadeagle into a triple (toe?? not too good with jump ID's - it was a pick jump at any rate) WITH the arm up over his head ala Boitano. (at least that's who I associate that move most strongly with). WOW I can't wait to FINALLY see him on TV. If that clip is any indication, no wonder he scored well even with the 3A problems.

Also was impressed with the clip of Alissa (have never seen her on TV). It's her spiral sequence. From that small and choppy clip, it sure looked VERY nice in terms of extension. I don't know that anyone can rival Sasha in the extension department, but this sure looked pretty good to me!

I'm behaving like a crack addict this weekend over figure skating. Hope I'm not driving you all nuts.

I AM enjoying!! I'm not there, so I have a defnite lack of something to do between 4 minute performances and screen refreshes. I SWEAR I just need to start getting plane tickets!
