Satoko announced retirement...I'm so sad...but she said she felt satisfied and fulfilled. Wish her best and hope she would do shows for a little longer

Here to pay tribute to a skating legend; I remember that four years ago, in Milan, she said she wanted to be a skater that moves people’s hearts. You did it Satoko.

I will always cherish that time I got to see her live in Turin. I also wrote her a letter but I didn’t manage to give it to her I hope there will be a chance to see her again

I am very sad too. Satoko is unique. The best in many ways, especially in interpreting the music.

Satoko and Stephane were really wonderful in their Tchaikovsky Sleeping Beauty duet at the L'Apprenti Sorcier ice show in Switzerland. She was her lovely, ethereal self.
