Other than the fall great skate for Shoma! He finally got a level 4 step sequence in his SP, that was something he was
striving for and it paid off. Gorgeous footwork section! PC marks have gone up and imo are well deserved.

He looked much more relaxed and at ease than in the SP. And than last year, his smile is much more relaxed. Proud of tiny Shoma!

lol indeed! I just realized him and Sota got the same medal, in different filed. By the way, they were sitting together watching the events of the day (I saw a pic on twitter but forgot the link). SO happy to see them together again!

Words can't describe what I felt when watching Shoma live in the arena. If you think he's awesome, I tell you that in person he's even more awesome! I almost cried. This was one of the biggest emotions I've experience in an event of any kind. I'm in shock right now...I think I'll be in shock for a week at least. It was so intense, so awesome. Just no words...

Oh he will definitely go to Worlds with Hanyu no matter what happens at Nationals. Japan is so blessed now in mens having both Hanyu and Uno

I know his chances are likely, but still At least with Hanyu and Uno, Japan is very likely to regain 3 spots for Worlds next season

I was looking at the protocols and Shoma received two 10's. One for Performance/Execution and one for Choreography/Composition.
WOW that is impressive. Can you believe one Judge gave Shoma 7.50 for Interpretation. That Judge needs his eyes checked pronto.
