Quote from Jeffrey Buttle: "Talent can only take you so far. It's hard work and dedication that separate the good from the great." I focus on Shoma's grit and determination. He has improved so much and certainly isn't afraid of hard work. Also when he was about 10 feet away from me getting jump training, I never heard Alex tell him your jumps are pre-rotated, under-rotated, your landings are terrible, etc. :scratch3:

Hopefully people are busy enjoying their own favorites rather than worrying about people playing with jumps, just like they all do in practices.

topic: Slight digression -- moment of silence for the 56th anniversary of the crash of the plane carrying the U.S. figure skating team to Worlds. All 72 people on board were killed -- 18 skaters, 6 coaches, judges, and family members. That was a dark day -- February 15, 1961. :sad4:
) And of course this season there was "La vie en rose" by Stephane and he just received a brand new EX from David Wilson. I would love for them to work together one day! Kenji is pretty versatile (just compare Rika's "Riverdance" to Dai's "Sonatina for Violin" for instance or even "Sonatina" to "Eye"). I can imagine him creating sth., that suits Shoma.
4) Patrick 5) Misha 6) Jin . I'm getting nervous already! :scard7:
Then, he could be a junior world champ!"
