for the winter program, i love it already and i think when it is finished and matured/appropriated by Shoma enough it is gonna be GORGEOUS.
The costume, i am not a fan of the red on the back but otherwise is nice. also he will probably change it 5 times anyways.

I agree that you should teach him/her how to say Shoma! That would be awesome!
Your bird is gorgeous and I'm usually not a bird person (I tend to be scared of them), but I make an exception for yours!

Keiji is lucky that Shoma didn't release one of these bombs sitting on his lap....anyway, it just proves that Shoma doesn't give a damn about his image. And they are fun together. Like he said, spending the night in Keiji's room playing video games instead of celebrating, haha.

What a funny interview! And very honest! :rofl2: Saint Keiji :thumbsup: What impressed me the most was what he answered when they talked about the next season being Olympic season. He just wants to work hard at every competition and give his all in everything. Good outlook on the season. I'd assume that if winning at the Olympics is you're only goal, then the nerves might get the best of you.

Probably one of my favorite comments of Kurt was "He is a bit of a magician" (referring to his footwork). I can see a huge improvement in his 3A since then. And he steps out of which jump? Yes, that was the Challenger event U.S. Classic International in Salt Lake City where his feet got all twisted up on the 3Lz! That was his very first senior skate, and he really should have won that event. He was first in the FS but really hadn't gotten the feel of his harmonica SP. I think that was where after the FS he had a cramp (or hurt his leg?). He was staggering along after the skate and someone asked Coach Fluffy, "Is he ok?" and she answered "No, I think he's dead." What a team!

^^i think he was dying because it was the beginning of the season and he was a bit short on stamina. he looked ready to pass out in the end. But maybe he had a cramp as well idk.

Not sure but thought he was limping when he took his bow. That's a tough first event because I think Salt Lake is at 4000-5000 feet altitude. Someone skated to "Who Wants To Live Forever", and they were hoping he wouldn't die on the spot!

The most fun -- 4 of us were sitting in the bleachers, and all of a sudden Shoma came walking up the stairs and gave us all a bag of candy as a present! Oh my gosh, I'll treasure my Japanese Kit Kats! https://pic.twitter.com/sJQwyAy5sr Then I asked if I could take his picture. Someone took a picture of me with him and of course I cropped myself out, but that's my arm! https://pic.twitter.com/VU7wKOC8PI Wow, when I'm so close I can see the teeny beauty marks on his face, I'm too close! Ha! We were trying to talk with him for a few minutes, although that didn't work so well! But you get the sense he is SO nice and SO polite. He is surprisingly at ease considering his lack of English! Alex told us not to eat the candy and was joking around that it was probably poison. I don't think so!

They were working on jumps when I got there -- mostly (let's see if you can guess!) the edge of the lutz (and the mechanics). How about that?! He's trying to improve one of his weaknesses. They reviewed the 4Lo too until he did some beautiful ones. I heard that before I got there, he put on the music and was going through bits and pieces of the new Nessun Dorma. Hope he'll do more of that tomorrow. I talked with Alex for a minute, and he talked about what a hard worker Shoma is. I was sorry that I had to leave, because I think the Winter Prince was going to come back on the ice. Hope to see him tomorrow too.

I'm so happy for you, Arriba. And how sweet he is! This news honestly made my day, you know how we've supported and cheered for him all season, and you know about all the not so pleasant things we talked about and how depressing it got.... and that you got to see him now and got so close, and that he even got presents for all of you guys...gosh, it feels like heaven, I'm sure. I have no words but... I'm so happy for you, I'm almost crying...:sad21: But happy tears, happy tears!!! YAAAYY!!!

Edit: Really how precious can he be? Bringing presents for his fans, when he is usually showered with presents, hehe. Amazing, just amazing....aww...
