I wonder how many costumes he is going to change for this program. Given that he had to buy it in a hurry and he doesn't like it I guess the new one isn't the final/official one. And poor Shoma, they should have explained the reason, why is everybody treating him like a child? No matter the costume I can't wait to see the new EX!!! I'm glad he changed it...although I kind of liked it...I don't want haters to have more excuses

Of course Shoma knows the reason why he had to change his GS costume but I hope they finally find something that he also likes and feels comfortable in.

I would prefer the first costume over this one...honestly~

anyway, whatever costumes his team design, I just want to see the actual program. I’ve only seen pictures and 6 seconds video of the program. Only heard good things about the program, aside from costume. [emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]

Hopefully this is a temporary costume. And the actual one still a work in progress. Shoma doesn’t seem to like this one either.

Totally agree with you, tipptong. They'll get something cool and something he likes in the end. Hope we can see the whole program soon!
 
Shoma, darling, I love you but not your latest sartorial choices. The only silver lining is apparently he doesn't either. :laugh:
 
i wasn't a huge fan of the other costume, but i much prefer it to this new one, which kind of looks like a full-body tattoo sleeve.

The main problem with the new one isn't that it's ugly (well, it IS ugly, but we've seen worse on others!) but it couldn't suit him personally less if they'd TRIED... it just works against his looks, his body shape, even the way he moves.

OTOH, let us remember that the costume widely considered one of Yuzuru's worst didn't stop HIM winning all over the place in 2014... maybe it's a good sign.

(Still hope he ditches it fast, though)

You're very talented! Shoma's going to train in Chicago for a few weeks but I'm not sure about when he's going.
