http://www.25ans.jp/lifestyle/focus/unospinoff_181002/#
Abstract:
- Photo shot was taken in mid-Jul at Nagoya, after he came back to Japan from Montreal but before THE ICE. Shoma came to studio after practice
- Shoma basically starts his practice from 1000-1200 and ends at 1600-1800. Generally it's "divided to" 3 sessions. He decides what to practice by his own
- In off-season he mainly focus on practicing jumping and skating and to ensure his body (condition) doesn't drop as there are no competition in summer
- Purpose of training at Montreal was skating skills, as Shoma thought he hasn't taken any SS training. "Although skating skills is one of the element in figure skating, I only keep practicing my programme but not the basics/ fundamental of skating skills"
- Thus he was trained under ice dance coach and found out "oh by doing like that...I can do this too!" He tried sth that he thought he was unable to do that and succeed. What more important is, he has a better understand of his (upper) body position: "I thought my body was upright but it's slightly inclined forward" (Interviewer: We should pay more attention to Shoma's upper body position this season ^^)
- Talking about his performance, Shoma was asked was there any performance that he was 100% satisfied. Shoma replied that he doesn't think "100% satisfaction" is sth good. While "giving 100% of what he can to (at that moment)" is nice, he cannot further improve if he is fully satisfied w/ his performance.

instead of a Nanana mascot ?I'm going to JO and CaOI on Saturday.
I'm cheering for him.
Go Shoma!
Should I throw a dead banana mascotinstead of a Nanana mascot ?
What do you think Shoma skates on CaOI?

I'm in a Shospital.
Wall calendar, Friends plus, 25ans, Demi-san blog, Jiyujin twitter, 25ans short movie, and new towel….
I'm very happy and I'm crazy (or sick).:sad21:
It's like everyday Shoma, and it's like Shoma festival.
I've never know off-season is such busy for fans not only for skaters.

A dead banana plushie would be great, I think MK’s idea of sewing over the eyes is good, if you can’t find a banana already dead
