Nice and straight to the point, Shoma :biggrin: I love his CHROME blades too (following John Wilson Blades' Twitter and not calling them s*lver lol), he's one of the few active skaters using the Pattern 99 blades, and for me they look more striking in chrome than in black. But of course it's just me, I'm more happy that he's using the blades he personally likes more.

Thanks for sharing the feature, jerrymouse. Even though he hates it, Shoma's spins are beautiful! It's not just timed to the music, but his intensity flows with them nicely, strong and intense / soft and flowy when needed. And while they're fast and tight, there's something about his spins that feels.. like they're alive? I don't know how to describe it ahahah. The GPF Loco combination spin is one of my favorites because it just flows so well from his Cantilever ChSq, it just looks and feels like the spin itself is an intense character and not just an element, I guess the judges must have liked it too because +3 GOEs all around!

The cup in his hands makes me wonder what his favorite Starbucks order is... why do I feel it's either something very sweet or something very strong :biggrin:

Hooray, I made it to Vancouver. Just took a walk over to the arena just to be sure I can find it tomorrow. Typical first / travel day. Seemed like a LONG flight. Think I'll spend the evening preparing skaters' gifts and rest up for all the excitement. Lots of skating fans here at this hotel. Can't wait to see Shomajesty!

He didn’t change a thing. Not even putting the 2T to the first 4T, he just wants to see us and Fluffy stressing out like crazy. I’m glad to hear that practice is going well, he must have gotten used to the time zone. GO SHOMA!

Fluffy was just showing him something on her I-pad again. He looks Shogorgeous in his new red UNO shirt. Just did a decent 4F, now they're looking at it again on the I-pad. VERY nice 4T. Usually I don't say much about the jumps because I figure rockerskating is reporting.

Ha! Ha! :laugh2: Jackie just walked past me with his lap top open. :rofl:

So happy I had a chance to meet yawning_shoma this morning. Told her how much we all enjoy her posts. She has a good summary of what was going on at his practice this morning. When he first came out, I saw purple pants and knew he most likely didn't have a new costume. Darn - but the purple is good!
