Shoma did STH in the afternoon/evening(?) practice, the jumps seem to be clean 4T, 3S3T, 3A (no notes on Jackie Wong's Twitter).

Shoma revealed he sprained his ankle twice in January, after spraining it initially at nationals in December. he sprained it once a week after resuming practice and then again two days before he left for 4CC

Doubling, tripling, quad-ing DOWN on the prayers for Shoma and his ankle to hold up for 4CC at the moment. Honestly this boy...

He's already there, so my wish of packing him into a suitcase and send him back (with express delivery, preferably) to Nagoya to rest is impossible at this point, but... please take care, Shoma. He looked focused (if tired) in the practice videos so hopefully it's a manageable condition.

Shoma, I love you but you really stress me out sometimes the fact that Sho seems to be in good spirits in pics and videos from practice at least gives me hope that he's not in too much discomfort. praying he'll be alright

I'll help you with that suitcase! At this point someone just need to wrap him up mummy-style so he won't get on that ice and do something that'll make his injury worse (maybe just leave the hands free so he can game XD). Put a sign there that says 'DO NOT OPEN UNTIL WORLDS'

He's been at this a long time. He knows whether he can or can't skate. There's a huge difference in being so hurt you shouldn't skate versus being in less than optimum shape. They know what they're doing. Not on the Doom and Gloom Bandwagon...Do your best Shomita!
