Based on fan reports, Shoma did "Moonlight Sonata" for Day 2 of SOI Kanazawa. He wore the elusive White Loco costume.... which has not been captured in any photo yet TT TT

Layout seems to be:
4F2T 4F 3A 3A 4T 3AEu3F 3S3T

I've seen some hands down notes but no falls! I'm so curious to see the 4F2T...

Those are good points. NHK is the last event before GPF and the other 3 options are all next to each other time wise. Glad I'm not making decisions like that :o:

I think Shoma has just been so busy, so he hasn't been able to post an update on his website. Immediately after Worlds was the WTT press con and announcement, then he had the consecutive shows in Stars on Ice. He hasn't really had a chance to rest and breathe. We'll probably see a post after WTT.

That was my feeling with Boyang also, because he needs 1st to get into the final. But I am less sure in respect to Russia & Kolyada, and there is always the Hanyu Wild Card... oh, those little intrigues are so exciting!

Ty for the luck vibes, I did get my ticket, so now it’s ISU’s turn to do the right thing. They, like, totally should factor my attendance into their deliberations.

That's interesting! I always thought it was only that rule for those who finished places 1-3. I feel like they may try to have Shoma's assignments more closely aligned with Vincent's if they can.

Thx. I love Sk Can! Will you be going to Sk Amer? I have zero hope that I'll see Shoma there, although I suppose anything is possible.

I’m thinking of going! I think there is a good chance Shoma will be at Skate Canada - but seems Skate America is questionable. Would be awesome to see him there though:)

Also very much looking forward to Shoma and Nathan in the upcoming All That Skate and The Ice shows! Wish I could attend:) - though sounds like ATS tickets are almost impossible to get.

And the white Loco costume is heavenly.
I hope he's in good form for WTT. I don't want to see him disappointed again.
 
Another question is: Why is Alina facing in the opposite direction from the other skaters, and thereby effectively isolating Shoma from the rest? [emoji23]
 
Shoma skated Winter for the final show of SOI Kanazawa.

From the fan reports, he did no quads; the layout was 3A3T (ot, fall) 3A1T (popped) 3A (beautiful).
Some fans guessed he was going for the 3A4T for the last day XD Take care Shoma, next week you still have WTT!

I would also love to know why! My wild guess is that on Shoma's side there were so many ladies and he doesn't want to trouble them to move nearer to Keiji or sit with Deniss at front, so it was a nice move from Alina to face the opposite direction and actually made them both stand out in the group photo <3
