Yeah, his standards are pretty high
I also thought he looked great and on track so far, but I guess he's not satisfied with his form yet, compared to how he was doing back in Champery. He didn't have a great FS runthrough in the first practice session but I'd rather have him peak and skate clean in the actual competition

I know TSL said it's the evening practice but that's actually the first (morning) practice, they got it from SportsNavi
The original video with sound is here, but I think you have to use VPN to bypass the geo-block.

Oh my gosh! What a fun way to start the day! We are so blessed to be getting some of these fun videos. Nice to see that mother's hard work with cooking paid off, and Shoma is able to enjoy some good food...Timing is everything. I couldn't stop laughing when he said "I believe this is how most athletes spend their day", and right at that moment Emma was crawling all over his face. 
Ok, so maybe that's not EXACTLY how other athletes spend their day!
Best part of all when he shows the training -- I got my wish! I kept wanting him to bring back the rolling 3's into the 4T, and he's doing it! Yay! Dare we hope that the 4T-3T will happen cleanly? It's looking good!

and the 3 puppies are bugging him? I can't really tell! And I don't see Baron's head, all I see is his diaper!!!!
