jerrymouse, you are a Sho super fan! We need to send you to all his competitions to bring him good luck! Thank you for your report! I am so happy for you that you were able to see the Mao Thanks Tour too! What an exciting 10 days for you.

Guys, Sholero just keeps getting better and better. This is really exciting! :cheer2::drama::hap10:

I was really happy because I attended 3 different shows in 10 days.:cheer:
3rd show of SOI, the final show of Mao, and 8th show of PIW.
Each of the shows was great for me.
But I’d like to report on today’s afternoon show(Sho).
Actually I couldn’t find words.T
Shoma’s Bolero was more than great.
All the jumps were perfect.(4S, 3 4Ts, 2 3S and 3A) but not only jumps.
He fascinated everyone.
I could see Bolero at SOI and it was pretty good and developed a lot today.
The whole audience gave him a standing ovation.
After his performance, I felt like I was punched by someone.

Because of this difficult situation, no fureai time this year.
You can take pictures after the show.
I waved “our” banner and Shoma looked at me (my thought).
He was cute in red shirt.
I couldn’t take good pictures but I was happy.
He was very nice guy indeed.

Sorry for my terrible report.
I’m attending the final show tomorrow.
(Oh, he tried 3A4T at the finale:dbana:.)

Thank you so much for this very detailed reports and so very happy that you got to witness Mao and Shoma! Shoma must have been too tired during SOI to add the quads so until he worked up to the condition he needed to pull them off, I'm glad he has shown his fans that this new program has a lot of promise. Also, the presence of Yuma and Kazuki and their competitive natures sure made for exciting exhibitions for the fans.

Okay the second PIW show today hasn't finished yet but this is just too hilarious not to share :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

So this morning Shoma skated Bolero, not as clean as yesterday but still pretty good:
2S 4T 4Tfall 3S 4T 3S 3Aeu3F

And then!!! At the Finale Shoma tried to do 3Lz because of a special agreement with Kazuki and Yuma :ROFLMAO: Because lutz is.... challenging (to say the least LMAO) for Shoma they agree if he lands it he'll get 5 points but if it's not clean or he fell he'll lose 5 points......... and he stepped out of the lutz :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: so currently he's dead last in the quad contest because he lost all his points from the previous days :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

So the scoreboard going into the final show of PIW is: Shoma 0 Kazuki 3 Yuma 9 :ROFLMAO:

Whoever loses this quad contest will have to eat spicy peyoung (noodles) so I think we can guess what's the next Youtube video for Shoma is ahahhahahaha :ROFLMAO: Unless he pulls off a big reversal! Which may still happen :ROFLMAO:

The face of a man who is absolutely done with his lutz, also will have to eat really spicy stuff soon:

Aw, the evening performance was a really tough one for Shoma this week 😅 a bit unlucky to have it on possibly when they are taking footage to broadcast! Now I'm really hoping somehow there's a footage of yesterday's Bolero too....:pray::pray:

Evening performance layout:

Shoma attempted the 3A4T again in the Finale and fell, so we're definitely getting a video where he will eat spicy Peyoung noodles :ROFLMAO:
Thank you for your hard work for these 5 days Shoma!

A fanart preview for what may be happening soon :ROFLMAO:

We are blessed with another NOW VOICE. Now he will finally get a little chance to rest! :bed: How sweet that the puppies came to visit. I like that he plans to show us the hot noodles in a future You Tube. These shows were really great for him, and to me it emphasizes how not having shows last season affected his skating...Let's hope a great season is coming up for all the skaters. Many thx to Yuma and Kazuki for challenging him to be the best that he can be! Hopefully he can spend some time working on his boots dilemma. He needs to have that in order for this important Oly season!:hap10::cheer:

Three weeks is not a long time for a boot to last and they're soooo expensive. Sho, I hope you get a boot that works and that there is a sponsor out there willing to make this happen before next season for the returning Olympic silver medalist!

^^^Wonder if (as an elite skater) possibly he gets his boots free of charge or at a reduced rate? Hopefully he does.

Someone got some cool photos! Kudos to them for all wearing their masks.

Haha. At the rate he goes through them, I would hope he gets at least a discount! IIRC, some can run $1500 a pair.

Here are some photos...full length Shoma, etc.

Thankful to those who had the chance to see these shows and for those who shared. Never get tired of seeing that smile & the red shirt.

It seems like the cost may not be as much of a problem as breaking them in just in time for a certain event. I didn’t have an appreciation for how complicated this could be, but it makes sense as the boots are an extension of their bodies and a lot comes from muscle memory, something that can’t be adjusted overnight. Wishing for the best solution!!!

Also wishing for a bright red shirt with tight black pants for his Bolero program. He looks fantastic in red.

Seems just as they're broken in they start deteriorating due to the intense pressure from landing jumps and all the hours of practice and then competitions. Wonder what the sweet spot is for that? A number of jumps in them or hours or a combo? He probably has some idea.
Shoma has a great boot/blade tech and he is going to need him this year! Sounds like he knows he has to solve this problem soon. Best wishes, Shoma.

Ditto here on the red shirt. The blue costume is beautiful but I would go for something more memorable and try out the costumes during gp and nationals.
