That's some top of head you've got! Lol I just got it from trawling through Wikipedia, and it turns out there's a handy table for exactly this stat, though I was prepared to count them myself (because I'm slightly crazy) 🤣

A couple between Orser and Button:
Patrick Péra (🥉1968, 1972)
David Jenkins (🥉1956 🥇1960)

The other are
Karl Schäfer(🥇1932, 1936)

A new jump (jump exit?) created by Sho? He actually looks like he's having a little fun, now that the pressure is off. He went home for a week after he skated at P'chang. I'll bet he wishes he could have done that this time! And he could have met the new puppy!

I would have liked to go home to the puppy too. If he goes back to Japan he may have to quarantine again. If he goes to France or Switzerland before worlds not sure what he would have to do for the month in between. Good that he’s getting in ice time to practice but a quint? He’s going to kill me. He knows he’s cute laying on that ice.

I think this is the "dramatic fall" during Shoma's trial of a quint toeloop he was talking about (see previous page in this thread)?
 
I want him to be around for a long time, and for me, the less he does of the crazy stuff, the better. And I include the 4T-3Lo in there and anything else with the 3 Lo on the back end.

I'm actually so glad that the men individual event was up first up. All of them look like they have a hundred anvils removed from their heads, especially Hanyu. Now they can all have fun and goof off with 5T (Shoma) and 5S (Mark).

Maybe we will even get another speed-skating race like they did in Pyeongchang!

"I swear, I'll never do it again"... riiiiight. :wink:

Thanks for sharing the video! Hearing someone yell at him took me back to Vegas last year when someone shouted "Shoma-kun kakkoii" right before he skated his exhibition program...*sigh* I kind of wish I could be back there right now....

Anyway, I regret to inform everyone that I don't think I can make it to Worlds this year. I'm scheduled to start a new job next Tuesday (pending the results of a medical test) and requesting time off would be rude, to say the least...

If anyone feels like taking my crimson banner with Shoma's name written on it in bright teal kanji to Worlds, feel free to let me know! (Image to be uploaded when I have Wi-Fi... Wi-fi please!!!)

Some of you may have seen it in Vegas. 😉 It's about 31 ¾ inches long and 13 inches high.

No way!!! How did I miss the kakkoii yell?! Darn...Worlds 2023 will be in JPN which could be expensive, so aim for 2024 in Montreal!!!!

Thanks! New job=more $$$, so I think I can handle going to Japan! Besides, even though I know some Japanese, I've never been to Japan before, and I've gotta make that dream come true!!! Idk about Montreal, one of the marketing people I asked a question to about practice session tickets for 2020 Worlds was very curt to me (to the point where I felt it was rude).
 
He's baaaaack! Waiting to see the Sho and Emma chan reunion!...So does Sho get to go home and self quarantine? I'm assuming he doesn't have to go to a hotel. He just needs to be able to get to the dentist and to practice.
