Sho my gosh! FINALLY!!!! The reunion! Look at Emma-chan. She's so happy, she can't believe it! Welcome home, Sho! Puppy pile!

Emma really doesn’t seem to like sharing Shoma with the other dogs when she is on his lap. Every time one of them tries to move closer or when Shoma starts to pet them Emma gets closer and acts all “I was here first!”

There were some questions on where Shoma's medal was because he wasn't wearing it when he arrived at the airport... well, now we know where the medal is... with Emma-chan at home!



Apparently he airmailed his medal and his laundry home

She is!! Hahah aside from the videos on their Youtube channel, Emma actually was a special guest in Spoken!, one of the Japanese talk shows Shoma is invited to last summer, before the Olympic season started. Emma was sooo well-behaved and cute, except for one time she growled at someone off screen You can see her from 27:32 afterwards in this video:



Aside from Emma's segment which was adorable, the rest of the talk show was pretty good in summarizing Shoma's journey in the last four years, and has English subtitles (turn the caption on) so I recommend it for any new fans to watch.

Seeing all the doggoes and a pyjama-clad Shoma is very heartwarming, and a soothing antidote to political strife in Europe and difficult times in the figure skating world.

Shoma, Bing Dwen Dwen and Hashiguchi-san, his skating blades consultant. Hashiguchi-san actually flew to Switzerland from Japan in 2020 and 2021 to help Shoma adjust his blades for Worlds. Such kindness and dedication. Although the funny thing is that Hashiguchi-san actually said before the Olympics that Shoma hasn't contacted him in a while because his boots and blades have no issues

Honestly, on a cute scale of 1-10, she's a 20! Can anybody tell me what breed she is? Assumed poodle but she looks a lot fluffier than other poodles I've known.

Imagine if Sho would compete at the 2030 Olys! He'd be Grandpa Sho! But he would make an interesting Good Will Ambassador, or something like that! Sapporo for 2030!

Honestly, on a cute scale of 1-10, she's a 20! Can anybody tell me what breed she is? Assumed poodle but she looks a lot fluffier than other poodles I've known.

Emma is a toy poodle! Shoma also said she has a Champion bloodline. To my knowledge that means at least one Emma's parents or grandparents has earned an AKC Championship title or as Shoma said, her parents were great... apparently.

^^^ Shoma does have the Simian Line! From what I read in the article linked it does fit him quite well I think he's definitely blessed with great luck and can be a bit hard-headed at times.

Queen Oboe blessing us with a 4F 4T3T 3A runthrough. Meanwhile the Uno puppies were roaming on Chukyo grounds! Funny note is Itsuki confirmed that An will be the last Uno puppy and they won't add another

Also, Shoma has already gotten his third dose of vaccine! Great news. He had a bit of sore arm in his practice after and wasn't able to lift Emma up one-handed. I'm glad he's triple vaxxed now, and I hope the aftereffects aren't so bad for him!

An outing with the 4 puppies! The yakiniku guys are at it again with their artwork, this time celebrating the Beijing 2022 medal. That looks like quite a feat to take all 4 puppies out at once.


Nice to see Sho remembers his Yakinikurion friends. Looks like his medals and BDD were a big hit! Love their cool artwork and the beautiful strawberries.

Is that Baron sporting a new, shorter haircut? I love seeing patrons in restaurant that allows well-behaved pets! An looks like she will resemble Emma. So cute!

Shoma will be a guest skater at the Prince Ice World Yokohama! The show will be held on 29-30 April, 1 May and 3-5 May 2022.
Shizuka Arakawa, Takeshi Honda, Yuma Kagiyama, Marin and Miyu Honda will also skate.

Skaters are not the same as everybody when it comes to feeling cold or warm. Early March on a Japanese beach must not be very hot. But I long this pleasure of walking on the sand.
