I have a feeling it's too much rigmarole to take Emma chan for such a short time. Poor thing!...I don't think Sho uses Supercuts. It looked like the haircuts (and makeup?) were being given to all of Team Japan.

Shoma training 4A makes me nervous.... I just want him healthy! I'm happy he's still challenging himself though, and his jumps have been looking so good recently. I'm also excited to see how his work with Ghislain is going to help him! Praying for no injuries!

If he hurts himself with that meaningless, risky 4A, I will be so upset. I want him to have a long career, and I don't think that's the way to go about doing it. I suppose I should contribute my perspective on the topic du jour. Am I concerned about Shoma training a 4A? Yes, a little bit. Am I worried sick about it? No, and I am surprising myself! I think I've finally realized that Shoma is going to take on crazy challenges whether we fans like it or not. One might as well just accept that fact and hope for the best... I also think that there are other skaters out there that are training a 4A more often than Shoma is...
Also, (and this is just idle speculation here) I wonder if there were some bumps along the "road to 4Lz" that made him start trying out the 4A... It feels like just yesterday that I was extremely worried about the 4Lz.
(And I have to admit, I wonder how that's progressing...)
Ultimately, I'm still hoping that Shoma has a long and successful career and that him and his coaching staff take things one step at a time and know what's best for him. Perhaps if we keep on hoping, it might just happen...

I don't want him to injure himself, but I realized long ago Shoma is a little "crazy", so... I just jope for the best.
And I also think he's not the only one out there training the 4A...

My Shoma calendar just arrived a little while ago! It was shipped very well, it wasn't damaged at all! Shipping charges were about $20 to the US. I will probably buy from Buyee again!

Ah, the complete Padam Padam. Another chance to enjoy it. So glad to see the knee slide again! Always makes me think of the Stairway to Heaven program. Fluffy is still able to work her magic with Sho!
Love it. The toe pic pirouette is my favorite move along with the 4-3-2 jump combo....the knee slide is so neat and perfect, he does it so well. Well done, coach fluffy!

So Stepen and Sho aren't QUITE doing Eiesler and Brasseur's "headbanger" move, but maybe they could work up to it!

Aaaahh, I love it so much. One thing I love about Mihoko- I can always count on her to choose music Stephane probably wouldn't have chosen for Shoma. Between the two and Kenji we are truly spoiled with these new programs!
I love how dark and dramatic this version of Padam, Padam is. The song is inspired by a waltz- so this feels like Shoma not just doing a chanson program but also a dark waltz program a la Masquerade Waltz. And I agree with all of you- the toepick pirouette, the long kneeslide, the 4T3T2T as the music soars... all stunning. But most importantly I just love how wild and dark Shoma looks in this program... The perfect vibe to complete the trifecta with Gravity and Air/Mea Tormenta.

I think we all need to do a field trip to Nishimoto Farms! First strawberries, now these amazing grapes. Wow!
Sho, do not feed those grapes to the fur babies. Big no no. Otherwise, they are the biggest grapes I've ever seen. Yum.
