When you're the reigning world champion and is used to land triple axels and quads under ice show lighting in an ice show rink, but also, you're Monkey D. Luffy, the to-be pirate king 😆 Perfect balance! Also I didn't realize Luffy has such a nice sense of musicality... love the 4T exit into the jump, right at the musical accent!

He had so much fun and that's what's important. He has lots of work to do to get ready for the GP like his FS program. Luckily his dates are a little later in the schedule but he looks like he's having the time of his life.
 
ONE PIECE on Ice Yokohama is done! Really happy for all the skaters who received many compliments from both the audience who went and the fans, both FS fans and OP fans who were able to see them in the finale videos and photos that's taken by the audience and spread around. Just great responses all around, and Koshiro as Sanji and Keiji as Zoro went viral multiple times, and Shoma also got a lot of compliments and happy surprises from the public who knows him as skater "Shoma Uno" and knew just how different "Monkey D. Luffy" is from him.

At the last performance in Yokohama, the ONE PIECE on Ice crew and staff did the Nakama pose (the fist up, showing the X mark on their arms) while the performers are greeting the audience around the rink, and Marin pointed it to Shoma and Shoma responded with his raised fist back. Just... I'm so proud and amazed during this whole three days, I'm happy Shoma was entrusted with this opportunity and all their hard work paid off with so many positive responses!



Also because Shoma is still Shoma, here's Luffy landing another 4T at the finale, lol. That low free leg gave it away 😂



There are 4 more performances in Nagoya next month, and then he can start properly preparing for the next season.

Look who's back! Luffy, I mean Shoma! The new puppies are happy to meet him!...Well done, Sho. You deserve a little rest after 6 high energy shows! ❤ I'm still laughing at the way he runs on the ice! I love it!

Just here to say that I have finally watched Shoma's new SP. Debussy is one of my favourite composers and I think Shoma skates really well to the Clair de lune bits... The choreography is very well done, so many musical highlights get nicely enhanced by Shoma's careful movements. I am happy with this. Cannot wait to see it live :)
 
Hello, Captain. This is a more familiar Shoma face than the smiling Luffy from the videos 😆 Looking good with the eyeliner!

Also this is my personal observation, but his arms look good. We haven't seen him sleeveless in competitions and shows, have we?

Every time I see Yoji I remember this moment from Worlds 2019, where he worked as the Saitama Arena mascot, and predictably, got teased over it by his friends who were competing 😆
