Shoma lost track of time when waving to the audience at the last show and almost missed the final bow by the performers It's really good to see him so happy and refreshed.

Close up on Shoma's blades at PIW Nagasaki... it seems to be different from the ones he uses for competition very small pick on the blades and... he's been doing loops and axels this week.

I didn't expect so many cute moments this week and ended up with so many photos!!!! I keep going "cuteeeeee" and then there are MORE and cuter and waaaahhhh!!!!

Closer look on Shoma's new blades: the kanji is "Yui" which is a different model than his usual (he has a custom blade but it's based on the YS blades' "Sho" line):



The fan said this may be the reason why he did only 3Lo and 2A in the program.... but he also did and landed a 3A in the meet and greet opening, so I think that's just him lol

I think that next week he will be in Fukuoka for the anime-themed ice show so it's possible that these blades are related to what he's going to skate there.

It's why I said "it has a smaller pick" in my post, not that it was ice dance blades hehehehe. It can also be that he's helping YS blades developing different types of blades- he's been their client since they first released their own skating blades line. His own blades from YS that he last used for competitions were custom made, so I assume he's had experience working with them to do it.

So happy to read that the recent 4 Prince Ice World shows were sold out! So many positive comments written on X, including that many attendees had never been to an ice show before. That's great news.

so happy to see shoma (and his longer hair) at piw!! he's being such a good uncle to rio, and i totally agree with people i saw on twitter saying he's being supportive, similar to how daisuke was back when shoma was a junior.. ;')
