The starting time schedule has been published, Shun Sato is planned to start at 4:20:05pm tomorrow. I wish him a most escellent skate, he's deserved more than once to get above the hundred mark, I wish him to get it at these World Championships:

I couldn't see Shun Sato's Short Program, I read that there had been a hands down and a +2T instead of +3T in the combination, and some level problems? He got only 91.26 and is in third place before the last three skaters... Sigh...

Shun Sato is going to skate second in the last group, and the penultimate group is about to finish, so it's very soon, though I don't think I can stay... I really wish him a beautiful, clean Free Skating, Go Shun Sato!

Alas, there was a fall after the Solo Quadruple Toeloop... and with how the event was scored, he's ending only 6th...

Shun Sato skated a one-quad Short Program at World Team Trophy today, I couldn't watch it because I had guests, is he injured?
If he is, I hope that he will heal well and soon.
Congratulation for what I read to be a faultless program. As to the rest... When I read the composition of the panel, I though that it was fortunate that World Team Trophy doesn't count for World Rankings and the like.
I hope he will have an excellent Free Skating!

I just saw a another site post that said he is sick with a headache and fever. He did very well, hope he recovers soon!

Shun Sato is assigned to Cup of China (in Chongqing) and NHK Trophy for next Grand Prix season. As the Final is in Nagoya, he's going to be one of the few lucky top skaters to have little to no jetlag (Junhwan Cha too has the same assignments). NHK Trophy organisers are known to usually manage to get skaters "who skate well", and whom the public is likely to enjoy; it looks like the Cup of China is taking the same way (if someone can confirm?), so his presence there, while only two seasons ago he was considered, more like a "jumper" lacking in Components, would be by itself an acknowledgement of his spectacular progress in the quality of his skating and in his performance and interpretation.

It looks really good! If he could "yuzufy" this spin at 1:20 it would be even better...
Did he say if this costume was for the whole season?

But he was asked - by NHK, I think - about his favourite programs from other skaters. To which he seemingly replied that Parisienne Walkways (by Yuzu, of course) gave him a dream of going to Olympics while his second favourite is Origin (also by Yuzuru) - though I need to rely on others for translation as I do not speak Japanese myself

What a good idea from the organisers of the NHK Trophy, to be anticipating with the ticket sales, by interviewing the skaters assigned to the competitions, it makes people wish to go there and plan (because, someone interested but busy may be interested but remember it too late to organise the journey, even if there are still tickets for sale; I can relate).
Did they do it so early in previous years?
