I personally define "signature program" as what most people would associate with the skater. They are not necessarily my favourite programs. And it's possible some skaters don't have one stand-out program... they just have a bunch of good programs.
Anissina/Peizerat: Romeo and Juliet? Or maybe their Flamenco OD from 2002
Carmina Burana for me. Everytime I hear that music, even in movie trailers, I think of A&P's 2000 FD.

I define signature program as one that is so closely associated with a skater that it becomes a basis for comparison anytime someone else skates to the same music.

Michelle Kwan-East of Eden, Rach medley.
Oksana Baiul-Dying Swan, Swan Lake
Janet Lynn- Afternoon of a Faun
Sasha Cohen-Romeo and Juliet
Shizuka Arakawa-Turandot (Violin Fantasy)
Mao Asada-Chopin Nocturne in E-flat major
Yagudin-Man in the Iron Mask
Torvill and Dean-Bolero

+1, but I would add Winter for Yagudin.

Gordeeva/Grinkov - Moonlight Sonata
Daisuke Takahashi - he has so many but Blues for Kooks, In the Garden of Souls
Shen/Zhao - Turandot
LuChen - The Butterfly Lovers, Rach Piano Concerto, Adios Nonino,
Yuna Kim - James Bond Medley, Danse Macabre, El Tango de Roxanne (a lot of people have done El Tango de Roxanne but her's was fabulous and very memorable)

Agree with many mentioned here and would like to add Berezhnaya/Sikharulidze's 2002 short, Lady Caliph.

For me V/T's signature program is Violin Muse which they have shown great chemistry and won Worlds.
Stolbova and Klimov are still so young but I think Addams Family is the best they have shown so far.
Wagner's Black Swan and Samson&Delilah are the most memorable for me.
Kostner will surely be remembered with Bolero and Ave Maria. I also liked Shostakovich and Mozart very much.
Kim Yuna - James Bond medley.
Mao Asada - Rachmaninoff

Suzuki - POTO and 'O' from Cirque de Soleil
Slutskaya - Serenade, Alice in Wonderland
Korpi - Over the rainbow
Lepistö - Adios Nonino, Imagined Oceans

Among the lesser successful skaters:
Liashenko - Frida
Poykiö - Leeloo's Tune, Romeo and Juliet
Sokolova - Notre Dame de Paris, Romeo and Juliet
Leonova - Smile, Pirates of the Caribbean

My favorite Michelle program was hands down East of Eden.....possibly because I love that piece of music so much but she also just nailed it every time.

Oh so true. None better. No one has done it better. My favorite version was from the 98 pro am. She must have really loved and felt that music too, because it was a part of many of her programs in addition to being a program of its own. I love the book,
the music, the lyrics, and I even have the sheet music. My other favorites of hers were Rach, Salome, and Flamenco--the short from 96 worlds. What joy she gave us. There is none like her today, and likely never will be.
