Can someone please clarify when, EST the ladies long will happen? Is it 10:45 am? Been up all night and I don't know militarry time- what is GMT? We have usually EST and PCT in US. Mid Section of country is one hour later than us.

Could someone tell me the remaining schedule East coast time for the finals of each event? I did see a little ID like on Haha but lost stream....Universal sports had many up on youtube-so much clearer than russian feed. Though I'm grateful. Please give the start orders with start times if you know it.

Mens and ladies had such surprises. So exciting to see new faces like Goldie and Osmond. Goldie we r rooting for the LP in US and Osmond is a sparkler-love her already!

Pairs Long: 1:05 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 10:05 AM Pacific
Ice Dance Free: 4:40 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 1:40 PM Pacific
Men's Long: 7:10 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 4:40 PM Pacific

EDT = EST during the daylight savings, fwiw.
