I cannot imagine travelling for work every other week, she must be living out of a suitcase for so many years. She is definitely like a mother to all the skaters, protecting and supporting them at competitions etc. I'm glad that she was with Yuzu at SP K&C Olympic where we can see her upfront.

Thank you Mrs. Kobayashi :cheer:

According to a twitter report, novice national champion Kihira attempted the 3A at a local competition today.

3Lz3T 3A<(fall) 3F(fall) 3Lo2T2Lo 2A3T 3Lz 3S

It also says that she landed a clean one in practice.

Wow good for Rika for going for the 3A. It'd really be something if she debuted on the JGP next year with one! ofc I shouldn't get ahead of myself. Junior nats is going to be really crazy, I can't wait.

(Here it says Wakaba is finally cured from the lower back pain she suffered during the summer. She has some minor adjustment to the SP program, and she's hoping to defend the title)

^Their school uniforms are so cute!

Poor Mai in the SP though. She's been one of the most consistent of the junior ladies up until today. I want to see her at Nationals but that means someone else will have to drop down (is it Wakaba +top6?). Oh, and I'm so glad to see Kaori Sakamoto skate well here. There were speculations that she might be injured because she's been pulling out from multiple competitions. And I don't know why Daichi Miyata landing a 3lz-3t makes me so happy when many of the top junior ladies are landing them. Now if he could get at least a 3A…

Sota has a new costume! That V -neck is deep

Can't wait to see the live broadcast tomorrow! I hope they cut out the fluff and show us as many skaters as possible.

Reposting from Wakaba's thread.
A video of Wakaba's 3Lz-3T from today.
And I think it's her mom at the beginning of the video.
Good luck to her tomorrow!

A glimpse of baby Mao and baby Yuzuru at the end of the video because I think they were talking about raising kids on today's show because it was 11/22 (ii fuufu) today, meaning "good husband-wife day"

ETA: Another video turned up on Dailymotion.
A glimpse of Sena, Koshiro, Shun, Sota, YunaS and Wakaba. They've all grown up, especially Sena and Sota.
