Yes, it was (to match the Byakko (White Tiger) clan) - he turned dark-haired again the minute Kassouya ended. Wakaba also reverted back to a darker haircolour (refer to the Fuji TV World Championships live talk event: https://x.com/online_on_ice/status/2038940607608234220).
