Swiss 🇨🇭 ice dancers Gina Zehnder and Beda Leon Sieber are making the full step into the senior ranks for the 2025–26 season.

After two seasons balancing junior and senior competitions, the duo reflects on key moments from their junior career, technical growth, their goals for the year ahead, and more.

What are your thoughts on their progression over the past two years? Which free dance did you enjoy the most? 2023-24 or 2024-25? What do you like about this team?

Anyone who can envision Edward Scissorhands as a figure skating theme has got my vote!

They appear to be well-grounded as to what the future might bring. Learn equally from past successes and from the not-so-successful outcomes. Even a well-balanced view of moving up to seniors -- a little wistful about leaving their friends on the Junior Circuit behind, yet looking forward to the next mountain to climb. Good luck. Plus, Ms. Zehnder has the same first name as my Norwegian immigrant grandmother. :)

I'm really curious to see what they come up with next season. I was so happy to see them live at the Challenge Cup and have a small chat with them. They are the first figure skaters I saw live so they will always have a special place in my heart 😁

They earned all-new personal bests at JGP Ljubljana

A lot of nice side-by-side, unison and parallel moves. As they move up to seniors I would klike to see more dancing in hold.

I like her costume in the short dance.
