From junior Russian ladies I like most Alisa Fedichkina. I also think she's got the biggest potential from them.

Previous girl not from Moscow or StPetersburg who was at Top 6 (Younger Age) of this competition - Julia Lipnitskaia at 2009.

But ... from 2003 only one girl who won at Younger Age had good Internatoinal results - Radionova.
Agafonova, Sotnikova, Pogorilaya, Sotskova, Sakhanovich, Gubanova were medalists at Younger Age group, but not winners. Tuktamysheva was not medalist (7 and 5 places at 2006 and 2007).

is she the daughter of Ramzan Kadyrov or a relative ?
her name suggests she is russian minority a chechen, dagestani or other caucasian origin
No. She was born in Kazan, her mother is official of Kazan figure skating and coach, Rezeda Sibgatullina.
Ramzan Kadyrov was born and lives at Chechen Republic, about 1000 kilometers from Tatarstan. He is married, his wife also was born and lives in Chechen Republic, they have 9 children (born at 1998-2015, 3 sons, 6 daugthers), no info about his children not from his wife.

It's quite a common surname in south Russia. No, this girl is from Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan. Her mother is a coach and she has a wonderbaby younger sister Riana. You can find Riana skates on YouTube. She is amazing!

This thread may not be the best thread for this but I will put it here anyway.

Interview of a young ice dancer who got hit by a drunk driver. She is planning to come back next season, although she will have to find a new partner because her partner at the time of the accident has moved on. He will compete with his new partner at the III Russian winter games and also at the Nationals Elder Age.
