The 2021 Tayside Trophy

The livestream is going a bit sometimes. Please hang on, only one more group to go!

With Dorota Zagorska in the K&C, so the whole Suidek family are here, and she can comfort young Ryzsard.

That is so good to hear. Because, let's be honest, Mariusz wasn't much use. The poor wee fella was bawling his eyes out, and Daddy was just sitting there looking serious.

Mind you, I did like the way that he gave his son a kiss before he went out to do the programme. 🥰

Yes sir!!!!!!!!! His jumps remind me of Keegan’s. GIVE THAT MAN A BIG BOY score! Someone find him a sponsor stat, so he doesn’t have to retire!

I guess the score was good, I can’t make out a word she’s saying.

Someone has to want to sponsor him. That skate sure made me want to donate to his funding link!

If I've understood the announcer correctly, it is Zandron-Ponsart-Hallam in Men.
Thank you! That is a great finish for PJ! He jumped 3 places!! And he’s the top Brit! It’s sad I can’t understand the announcer.

Oh. My. Goodness.

I was just looking through the results, and saw that Chiara Hristova won the Junior Ladies!!!

:cheer:   :party2: :points: :hb:

I've been keeping an eye on this girl since her appearances in the Junior GP Series, and I have been impressed with what I've seen. Especially considering how young she is (she doesn't turn 14 until the end of this month).

However, I just looked up all the other skaters, and discovered that the Czech girl that finished third is even younger. Adéla Vallová is also 13, but her birthday was only in May.

Anyway, what a day for the Bulgarian girls!

Advanced Novice: 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th
Junior: 1st, 2nd
Senior: 2nd, 5th, 7th

Looks like a country to keep an eye on! ;)

P.S. I just did some digging, and Vayana Hristova, who finished 6th in Advanced Novice, is Chiara's little sister.
