Today when I got to work, I discovered that a new virus (called "Netsky") had taken over the University's computer network. (Don't worry, I'm posting this from home, LOL.) This virus caused all the computers in the network to send out tens of thousands of bogus emails, mostly to each other, with messages like, "Stop sending me nude pictures of yourself." The return address on some of them was "EvgenyP."
So if you get an email from Zhenya this week, be careful, unless you were expecting him to write!

PS. One good thing, however -- the system sent out about 4000 phony emails to the people who have been sending us versions of the "Nigerian inheritance scam" over the last two weeks.
