Ogre, It depends on how bad the flutz or lip is. When the lutz and flip as done by the same skater look identical, the skater falls into the clutches of the Zayak rule if the judge so chooses. The skaters whose flips look like lutzes (VV) rather than whose lutzes look like flips (Sarah, Sasha) seem to be less penalized.
