First of all, looks like the tickets are all a lottery system, so you can sign up for a chance to buy them only (and knowing the crowds that show up in Japan for figure skating, there will definitely be more signups than there are seats). The application period is until Sunday, August 31, 2025, 23:59 JST/14:59 UTC/10:59 ET.
On pia.jp you can get all-event tickets, but due to the site setup/authentication, you need a working Japanese address and phone number. Link for those in Japan: https://t.pia.jp/pia/event/event.do?eventBundleCd=b2560738.

I wonder did anyone got the tickets to there phone? I think you need to be in japan to get them? I tried several times, but no luck. But i have them in my account which i an see online. (not the tickets, just the link) Travelling to japan december 1
Yes, I got mine in the app and I was not in Japan at the time. From what I remember, they were already there a few weeks ago.
Have you tried the Receive tab in the app if they’re not showing up in Tickets?

My tickets appeared in the app on Sept. 12 without my needing to take any action. If you haven’t already, my advice to you is to contact Tixplus.jp ASAP. Don’t wait until you are in Japan.

I send them en email, but no response. Why cant they just send them in a email so i can print them..... Starting to get stressed, i try to call them today

thank you for the reply. I cannot get in the app from my phone. I get a japanese message that something is wrong. I see them on my normal computer bit only in the history and as my purchases...... they do not respond to email.

I try to call them, but i do not speak japanese, and they didn't speak englisch. So that makes it hard.........
I vaguely remember I had a bit of an issue at the start related to my phone number verification - I used to have an account on the site/app where I used a different email but the same phone #, which caused the phone to not connect properly on the new account/email.
If you have the same issue, for me deleting the old account worked, since that released the phone number association.
If you DM me the message in Japanese you’re getting, I can check if they have instructions on solving it - I see some of the cases of being unable to receive tickets are covered in the Japanese FAQ.

In the For what its worth catagory, Japan is having its skaters put up on their IG (skatingjapan) that tickets are still available as of Dec 1, 2025.
