Vanessa James & Morgan Cipres

Jordan Matter would be shocked by their great skills (lifts!!)
I love watching Jordan Matter so that would be great. Perhaps propose it as the reward for 2 million subscribers in the youtube comments (since he's been asking for ideas)?

I did leave comments on his channel and on every video I had seen of him... but no reaction...
I think, there has to be more than just one comment. Maybe, if we gather all the fans and "attack" him with requests (thats how the rybka twins got into the game)

I've updated their OP. I hope you'll enjoy having all the programs, videos and results in one place.

I found a sneaky fancam of Vanessa and Morgan's SP from French Masters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwVd290r5j4 It's filmed from the opposite side of the rink from the ACI version, which is interesting, as it gives a different look at lots of the elements, and it's clear that even in the short time between the two competitions they gained in smoothness especially in terms of set-downs from the lifts and in the death spiral. I can't imagine what it's going to be like by the time Internationaux de France rolls around!

Elladj Balde did a nice interview with Vanessa and Morgan after the SP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fl2f6EFsxJg

ETA: Vanessa mentions in this that part of the reason they were a little bit scratchy today was that they were adjusting to a smaller rink than they usually skate on - they practice on an Olympic-sized rink, but Skate Canada this year is on a hockey-sized rink which is a little smaller.

Elladj, Morgan, Vanessa!!!!!:love::love: fun informative but brief interview... More Please!!

Vanessa James and Morgan Ciprès have been running together since 2011. In the long time, however, it has never been enough for the middle of the winner's podium, because their German, Russian, Chinese and Canadian rivals have always been some clear steps ahead. This new season starts under completely changed conditions regarding eliminated and new competitors and a changed rating system.

At Scate Canada 2018 they now win a Grand Prix for the first time, with a dramatically increased performance since the World Championships in March 2018. They showed the most successful programme of the season so far, the freestyle was an absolute highlight and the best performance of the two ever. With a record number of points they have already set the benchmark for the competition extremely high ... (if only the hype about their looks and costumes would be judged, they would already be world champions ;-))

I'm shook because when I saw them on the French tour in April, I thought it was maybe a "goodbye" tour for them, but now they're back better than ever and I'm soooo happy for them. They're only just beginning. I love that they're so different, this is THEIR program and style and now they're pulling it off to the extent of gold. Great season ahead I think! <3

Sooo I started watching figure skating because of ice dance at the Olympics this year and I thought I’d just be a casual fan but I think I’m here for the long haul! And wow, Vanessa and Morgan at Skate Canada got me to finally register here! I don’t know a lot about skating at all (lol) but they were amazing!!! The charisma and talent they have-that audience was feeling them!

Welcome, Kawari! Post long and often!

They were amazing, weren't they? That free skate was magnificent, and the audience was definitely caught up in its spell. :)

Just wondering: Why doesn’t Vanessa wear skating tights? When she wears dresses, you can tell she has bare legs on the ice. Has she addressed this issue in interviews? I don’t want her to get deductions or get disqualified or something.
