W&L - Couple I am Most Happy For

I am so thrilled for Megan Wing and Aaron Lowe! They have worked so hard over the years - it nice to see them rewarded with the bronze medal!

I was not crazy about their choice of costume, but they had the most realxed performance and best performance of the night.

Way to go Megan and Aaron!

After the ice dance medal ceremony when the ice dancers had their victory as Megan and Aaron skated by I screamed out, "Way to go, Magan and Aaron!" and then Aaron did a double take and waved at me. Aaron and Megan know me because I skate in the Windsor area and even did a spring skating school with them a few years back. My friend Marj who went with me on Friday to watch the Dance Free and Ladies Free at Copps, said that the local CBC caught the whole thing on tape with me congradualting them and Aaron waving back at me.

I was so happy for them. Out of the top four, they had the only clean performance. The audience was very excited for them.

I couldn't agree more!!! Wing & Lowe don't get the respect that they deserve! They are a great team and I can't wait to see them skate again! They will be sadly missed when the leave the competitive skating! I would love to see them skate at the 2010 games in their hometown!!! I don't think that will happen though :-( Best of luck Megan & Aaron at Worlds!!!!!

I thought they skated their program with the most confidence and freedom of all the couples. They also skated it "as one." You could feel their joy as they skated. It was great.

I couldn't agree more!!! Wing & Lowe don't get the respect that they deserve! They are a great team and I can't wait to see them skate again! They will be sadly missed when the leave the competitive skating! I would love to see them skate at the 2010 games in their hometown!!! I don't think that will happen though :-( Best of luck Megan & Aaron at Worlds!!!!!

I've loved this team since the first time I saw them skate together in the senior level. It was their style, expression on the ice, and its so great to see them grow as a team throughout the years. I was THRILLED when they recieved the bronze metal at 4CC's. Was so happy to see them skate in Hamilton this week. Had a BLAST in Hamilton !! I wish W&L all the best at World's.
