According to a latest interview from Xue Shen, S/H will only compete in short program in Chinese Nationals.

I can't really tell since the clip is too short, but someone on that Weibo link you posted wrote that the background song sounds like a cover of Boy Epic's "Tell Me You Love Me". I don't know how legit that guess is though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Wenjing and Cong giving us all the drama we need in that StSq! Especially that mini death spiral move a few seconds before their ending pose. So excited to see their costumes too! I'm guessing this is the "modern" program Lori is referring to. Are there any new updates on how the LP will look like concept-wise at least?

Thanks! I'm not ashamed to admit that this is already on repeat. I missed them so much! Sui makes every choreographic moment count--she's such a star.
Her back is just :luv17: Not to mention that he's my favorite pairs man

They tell a story like no other. I think the details and the timing will stand out even more with better sound. I could tell that several moves were responding to the beats of the music but it was hard to hear.
Side question: Does anyone have info on the song? It sounds to me like there are two voices. One is contemporary and totally suits the mood. The operatic voice (is it Andrea Bocelli?) is killing me though. It just doesn't fit. His phrasing totally steps on the music. Just a minor nitpick which has not prevented me from loving the program.

I'm curious about that too, it does remind me of Andrea Bocelli's style now that you mention it. Agreed on it not fitting though, I don't really like this SP and the main issue is the music cut with the lower/operatic voice. However, I love their look and the drama and most of all, I'm just glad they're back!
Wonder if we'll have to wait until 4CC to know about their FS. Also curious about their Chinese-styled exhibition program. Wonder if Chinese Nationals has a gala?

I’m glad I’m not the only one who disliked the operatic portion. It doesn’t ruin the program for me—S/H could sell me anything—but I woudn’t be upset if they somehow took that part out
They have drama and chemistry like no other team! Hope they can get their jumps together by 4CCs
