The ladies' starting order is up, but Emily Hughes is nowhere to be found. Michelle Boulos is listed twice. Could that have something to do with it?

Group 2 is the only interesting group IMO, then it's all zzz until Alyssa.

Maybe I'll just wait until after the SP or watch the broadcast with only the best skaters. But the free program will be the good part...hopefully *knock*

She is not skating this year. She is concentrating on school.

Yah, as far as group 3, I wonder if some have seen Megan O. Not only does she have a really nice "dance style" she is extremely pretty young lady. Not a snooze by any stretch. And Bebe, she is fun to watch any day. Super smile and attitude from what I have seen. Anyhoo, It must just be perception and what an individual looks for in skating. To each there own. Nothing wrong with that, but definitely worth a good "ribbing."

I wish Hacker would have made it, I found her a joy to watch as well.

I'm not sure I see what other folks are seeing in bebe. I remember she had one good SP (was it last year?) and then went downhill in the free. It's not enough to be an SP skater- you have to pull through the whole thing. OTOH, you can blow the SP and make up for it in the free by capitalizing on others' mistakes.

I see what you mean RD, and I do agree with your standpoint, I felt the same about Joanne until SC, but something about Bebe is just so fun and entertaining at the same time athletically impressive. Maybe not AS much as some of the others, but more so then the girls who didn't make it, and she is so darn cute. She just puts a smile on my face. I think many just love her personality as well she is talented. Winning combination for fans, but maybe not enough to get on the podium.

I'm so excited now that nats are under way...Jr ladies was a complete surpise! But I saw Marai on youtube the other day and she is really good. I liked her skating over Caroline. Now I can't wait until Thursday for Sr ladies.
