Ladies, Gentlemen and @balabam welcome!
@labgoat and @elektra blue are happy to present the most prestigious award of the year! and yes, you are right, it's not by chance we're going live today, take this MET Gala! learn from the pros! In a perfect world, I’d give everyone WTF costumes and FS would become deservedly more popular than MET Gala. Even the MET Gala is jealous of us (we're having way more fun and creativity for sure). That's when you know it's a WTF costume AWARD costume
Do you think it would be fun to showcase these gloriously terri...fic
looks in a thread? So do we!
On Judging
A juried competition is a competition in which participants' work is judged by a person or panel of persons convened specifically to judge the participants' efforts. The jury may be referred to as a competition jury or awards jury, and usually presents awards based on specific criteria for the competition.

looks in a thread? So do we!- A WTF costume doesn't mean unlovable or terribly ugly. It means weird, over the top, extra, kitsch and camp, OK fine sometimes also ugly: biggrin:, but always memorable, something so over the top that makes you turn your head and scream WTF!!!!
- WTF is usually meant in a good kind of way. It means something that makes you turn your head, that is so extra that becomes beautiful and is intentional.
- To be entered in the WTF costume award isn't a slander, it's a compliment
- A WTF costume doesn't have age restrictions - juniors are allowed.
- Memorable is one thing. Having nightmares about them, something else.
- Naaah. there's not wtf effect if they don't make you stare at your screen wandering what are you looking at.
- For example: That giant golden flower is extra, but not extra enough to qualify for the WTF costume award or the 80s.
- Occasionally special awards will be given to recognize excellence in an area outside the criteria. This year hair counts as part of the costume.
- Teams are judged separately (we don't have enough pairs, let's face it, do they even bother with a proper costume? and more than often only one of the members of the team has the right...talent)

- Each one of us is a Netizen and we all know the importance of something that is visually appealing, for it has the potential to attract attention
- Copying an idea is easy but coming up with something original and fresh is a challenge. While judging an entry, special attention should be made towards the point of view of the entry. A creative and original idea grab attention in ways you would never have thought of!
- If a judge likes an entry, they must ask themselves this question — did the contestant have clarity in his or her thoughts
- Recall ability is a must when it comes to the judgment process.
