Pairs were underwhleming for me and it's my favourite discipline

in no particular order:

- Adam Rippon FS - he really came a long way to a place where I can enjoy his skating and presentation, he felt free and happy
- Gabrielle Daleman SP - a spectacular performance, definitely the best for me out of all ladies: power, attack, technique, expression and the program itself is my favourite this season
- Piper and Paul's FD - my favourite FD this season, insane chemistry, sharpness and sensuality and Paul looked smoking hot #suaveoverload
- Aliona and Bruno SP - my fav program in pairs so far (they have probably the best set of programs this year) - fun, sassy, well-choreographed and Aliona is still a queen of pairs
- Wakaba Higuchi SP & FS - probably the biggest positive surprise for me, her presentation does not feel juniorish at all, love her coverage, that 'spring' in jumps and musicality, definitely one to watch for me - she could be a mix of best from Mao and Akiko for sure

honorable mentions (bit shallow mostly, but that's just me):

- Laurine Lecavelier outing in general - a stellar SP and the goof of that Grease FS which will be my 'guilty pleasure' this season I feel
- Vanessa James and Isabela Tobias in catsuits - seriously, if I had that kind of body, I'd wear sparkly catsuits on a daily basis, Aliona - the queen of catsuits - must be proud!
- Nathan Chen outing - this young man has some guts in him and I really admire his strive to push himself
- Natalia Zabijako FS dress - this is one of the prettiest dresses in FS I've ever seen
