sorry if this has been said already, but who, if anybody is broadcasting nationals live for free? ESPN 360? I cannot wait for what NBC will decide to show!

ESPN 360 will NOT cover Nationals at all. ESPN owns ABC. You will have to get an icenetwork account to see all of Nationals, live, on demand.

I will be getting mine early tomorrow morning so I can watch the 2008 U.S. Nationals starting tomorrow with the Novice Competition. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:) :) :)

Actually I think ABC owns ESPN... Disney owns the whole thing - no matter which way you look at it.

Just be aware that NBC has first dibs on all events at Nationals and any event that might be televised (either live or taped) on NBC will not be broadcasted on icenetwork until the rights are released by NBC. That is why at this time, the short programs of the seniors will not be shown on icenetwork, NBC hasn't decided whether or not to to show highlights before the finals. The editors at icenetwork say they hope to know by Tuesday if they are allowed to broadcast any of the short programs live. Unfortunately the information is changing daily so it's hard to keep up with it.

Good grief - talk about confusion! Glad I'll be there in person and can pick up coverage as available when I get back. Phew!

well thanks for the help. those of you with icenetwork will have to help us out with some play by play. Anything of that sort would be GREATLY apprectaed by us all!

And there will be no live results, either. Results will be posted when the section is over. :sheesh:

If any one has the ice network they are showing national live right now.
thimk it's the novice.

The 2nd Sunday session includes the junior ladies SP and the novice mens SP. It's scheduled for 7:45 PM EST, 4:45 PM here on the west coast.

I'll be paying particular attention to Ellie Kawamura, Kirsten Olson, Kristine Musademba, Angela Maxwell, and Brittney Rizo.

This is horrible...:disapp::disapp:...is there any possibility, that there will be some japanese tv , that will broadcast it live like in last year (I don't remember the name of the channel...)?
