Who you want to win Oly medals in S.Korea?

General medal thoughts:

- I'd really love to see Tarasova/Morozov medal. Because so many people would hate it.

- Boyang to medal for precisely the same reason. Also, his delighted face would be so frikin adorable.

- Papadakis/Cizeron to win!

- Sui/Han to win!

- Russian podium sweep! *evil giggling* I would especially love that in Korea. Failing that, I'd love to see Kaori Sakamoto run at a medal!

Of course, I'm not averse to any situation that leads to the Australian papers/media outlets running with the overexcited AUSTRALIA DAY IN PYEONGCHANG! headline either.

lol your reasoning, love it!
agree with you on everything but dance because ShibSibs

Some thoughts:
Me thinks that USA will use Nathan Chen in both parts of the Team Event since they have a good chance of any colour of medal in the team event so they'll likely use their best. And as we saw from Sochi doing the team events damages your chances of singles gold.
This is Javier last chance of an olympic medal and I think the pressure will get to him if the others skate clean before him in the fs.
Yuzuru is difficult to predict. There is as much chance he could skate a WR or do a splatfest like in Worlds 2016 after being out for some long.
One person I'm 90% will medal is Carolina because ISU is pushing for it so hard. As long as she skates cleanish she will get a medal.
I dont think Alina can go clean again in the Olympics. This is the biggest stage she has ever being on and I think her mentality is not as strong as Evgenia. I think Evgenia will be on fire after losing to Alina. I think she will be the one to go clean and win.

That's evil :laugh2:

I think a lot of people appreciate T\M and their big elements

But feel that "Candyman" is, Gently speaking, Not the best representation of the sport

Tbh what makes me want Boyang to medal was his adorable reaction to his scores at 4CC. I do love his skating, but I'm also a total sucker for genuine joy off-ice. That's another big reason I am high key rooting for Kaori. Her programs? Great, love them. Her bubbly energy when she gets a good score? My heart can't deal :luv17:

Sadly true.:scratch2:As per can be seen just recently when Boyang won 4cc. It brings out the haters e.g. TSL saying Shoma should have won because Boyang has no artistry  Not sure if they've even watched the event and are just basing their accusation on what they know about him 3 yrs ago

Compared to Dave's skating , Boyang's artistry is basically a Sergei Polunin. :rolleye: And Boyang is too cute for words so yeah it is hard to think of someone to dislike him.

TSL is entitled to their opinions just like most fans. Some of their sources are very informative and legit though. Not to mention, I have a soft spot for Jonathan Beyer.
