Wired article on jumps

I would prefer this article to be less about revolutions per seconds and more about that "off-ice training and conditioning and recovery protocols evolving" part that is supposed to enable athletes to prepare off the ice much better and maintain an injury-free body for much longer.

Otherwise, I feel a bit uncomfortable hyping "progress" of sport that massively wiped out Goebel's generation with career-ending injuries; not just Goebel but also amazingly talented ones - sorry, Tim.

Hence, the progress on the recovery part is number one for me. Please, boast about it. Boast about it soon.

After all, this entire quad-quint-tuple stuff is being taught to children.

Vincent Zhou 'mastered' multiple quads - nah. No, he didn't.
That whole sentence runs on egregiously: "Tom Zakrajsek, who has coached two-time world medalist Vincent Zhou, who has mastered several quad jumps, says that the moment he saw Malinin do the quad axel, he thought that the prodigy would be able to upgrade to a quint jump, particularly the salchow or the toe loop, the easiest jumps on the skating ladder of difficulty." 🙄

It also makes me wonder if Tom Z was the guy who mastered multiple quads...
