My Spanish dictionary says a small Spanish bell

Speaking of accents, there's a local rabbi in my area who is originally from South Africa. I love listening to him speak (aside from the fact that he is a delightful gentleman). He sounds SO dignified (and he really is). I also love the Scottish accents (thinking of Mark Hanretty).
