Looking pretty good! Her jumps definitely have more spring to them now than in the JGP. Good luck girl! It is seriously a bit jaw dropping to compare videos from her last year around this time to videos now.:eeking: She has grown up so much and into a young, beautiful lady!:hap85:

She did grow and the fact that she seems to have really stopped with the backloading programs and over-“taoning” arms make me happy. She needs stronger skills, not over the top jumps as she’s technically already strong. That will help her becoming a full around skater.

I actually really like her make up style, though it made me realize she looked like T-ara jiyeon there. I never realized it before but they have similar nose and even their eyes when YY did her eyes make up looks the same as jiyeon's eyes. Which is a bit weird lol cause she doesnt look like teenager jiyeon but grow up jiyeon.

Also it was a good surprise to see her hold the olypic flag, she could not participate in these Olympics because of her age but I'm sure she is the future of Korean skating with Dabin Choi Eun so Lim.

I reviewed his Lp on pirate caraibes although it requires some improvement I'm glad she made this choice is a program that suits her well.

I've always believed Korean Ladies would only be ready by 2022. I see people saying things like "what happened with Korea?" as they thought that after Yuna's Olympic achievements we would have other Korean world champions and olympic medalists by now. But it seems Korea doesn't invest a lot in figure skating so things evolve more slowly - but surely!
Let's see if they'll up their game after holding the Olympics. You Young is certainly already doing just that. [emoji136]
I pray she can make that 3A consistent and put it in her layout next season.
Or... will she try it at the WJC??? I'd be shocked!

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. But maybe they'll take it slow this time, and not just throw some hype words like "she's the next Yuna". They need to let skaters be themselves.

The Olympic Channel did that a few years ago...

i don't know but when eunsoo won nationals last year, korea didn't hype her like how they hype up you young, well maybe because young broke kim yuna's record as the youngest ever to win the nationals..
