Yes. Although I don't agree with that. I can see their point but I think there are more chances for people not to choose the same music, or even changed it in advance, when they know you have it. For example V&M didn't change the music, Carmen, when they learned about C&L having it as well but they went with a totally different concept and they made a great modern choreography out of it.
