I wonder if she will still have the same pull as last year. I wouldn't doubt it. The lipnitskaya effect has a strange pull and I think after this season I have even more love for her. It's hopeless. :hopelessness:

Well, she said that she would go to Stockholm to watch the competitions and to root for other Russian skaters. She was asked if she thought that the Russian girls would take the first three places, and she said that yes, it's quite possible. It was announced afterwards that it's a fragment of the full interview which is coming the next week.

Liza was well trained this season. That's all about to say here.

Yulia has often said Liza is an inspiration. When Yulia and Eteri met with the fed, there was talk about a plan. Attending this event may be part of that plan. It certainly speaks highly of Yulia that she would support her friends by attending an event in which she once expected to compete.

I was hoping for that too. I loved Ilya's program for her a lot, but I wanted a foreigner this time for her. She could learn a great deal.
