Yulia Lipnitskaya

I actually tried to find those pants but I wasn't lucky. But I found this. It reminded me of the picture of the rainbow backpack with the unicorn on it that was posted in this thread a couple of days ago. So does anyone know which skate bag Yulia uses?

Good luck to the wonderful Lip :) I admit I still expect her to have some issues, but I'd love if she made me eat my expectations :p :cheer2:

Julia did such a beautiful job!!! Much better energy than Finlandia too!!

Glad she is still wearing her most amazing costume of all time :)

Good job kid. Keep fighting. :)

Julia and Eteri are the best looking K&C coach-skater duo in present figure skating.:drama:

This short was way better than in Finland:) I think she is coping well and her programs will only get better and better as the season goes:rock:

I enjoyed the program much more today than at Finlandia. Too bad about the ur on the flip; she could've been in second w/o the mistake, considering the scores of her competitors. I thought the axel looked better than usual today, hm.

Technical content aside (why 3t3t), I enjoyed her performance. Thought she got into it much better than I'd expect. She seems to have physically grown a bit from last season too.

Some minor issues today, but at least she did well! I don't care if she doesn't medal, but I don't think I can stand seeing her disappointed in the LP again...

Hopefully all goes well and that won't happen.

switched apartments this summer. stopped following fs while i've been settling in. just spent all night reading the last 70 pages of this thread to catch up:) headed to milwaukee tomorrow. can't believe i'll finally get to see my favorite athlete perform in person. i haven't seen the lp so i can see it for the first time live. hope we get to see this girl realize her exquisite talent. whatever happens i'm happy knowing that no matter what she will already be so much better off in life due to what she has accomplished already.

good luck, yulia:)

This was the first time I attended a live skating competition. I was truly awed by Yulia and all of the skaters tonight. Although Yulia's score might not show it, she was definitely one of the top 3 skaters tonight. She skated with speed, energy, and enthusiasm. What we see on TV and on YouTube doesn't give her justice. Yulia has a great chance to earn a medal tomorrow! Maybe I'll see some of you there! :)

I haven't had a chance to see Yulia's SA skate yet; so I'm very grateful to everybody who shared their impressions! Thanks to you I know it was a very impressive skate, the score notwithstanding, with excellent delivery, and am greatly looking forward to seeing it with my own eyes. Wishing Yulia the very best of luck tomorrow!

Yay for Julia!! She did well! :agree:
Definitely an improvement from last time and it's such a joy to see her skate. Glad to see her smile too. I think she hung on to everything pretty well. It's nice to see her 'attacking' the jumps and yes it's not perfect yet but it's ok she'll get better I'm sure about it.
I thought she could score higher in the pcs but oh well it's not the most important now.
She looked like she was into it which is good and it actually made me smile and happy and I'm sure those watching feel the same way too. (even if the judges didn't share the same sentiment lol)

Let's hope she can put together a good, solid performance for the free and not to let the nerves get to her. Just be carefree as much as you can, Julia! And we can hope for the best result possible.. I'll be cheering for you! :cheer:

I also noticed her appreciating the flower girl before leaving the ice haha and that rainbow bear..
