I think many female skaters have such a figure throughout their career. Also there are women who aren't athletes who have such figures throughout their lives. I agree, though, that in Yulia's case, it's not her natural figure, and she must be following a diet (again, as many skaters do), but not an unhealthy one. It's a great pic actually. Thanks for sharing!

There's been a new short interview with Urmanov. He said her SP will be lyrical and LP to a popular, instantly recognizable hit, but refused to reveal any more details. Yulia has broken in her new boots; last week her feet still hurt, but not anymore. She’s regained all the major elements, and they’ll be making them more difficult now. I wonder what he meant by this!

Let's speculate: he accentuates SP will be lyrical, so LP hit will probably be more vibrant, fast-paced.
He also says "when we step on the ice, everyone is gonna get it immediately", so I presume a costume will be telling...

What Urmanov literally said about the LP was: “We have a very recognizable LP by its character and by its hit status. When she comes out onto the ice, everybody will know immediately what it’s about.”

So I’m not sure if it will necessarily be a song, but it looks like it’ll involve some character portrayal.

The article also says that Urmanov choreographed the LP himself.

And, of course, I didn’t expect Yulia to be learning a triple axel or a quad – just wondered what exactly he meant. If it’s 3Lz3T, then, great! That would be fantastic. Coupled with her expressiveness it’ll make her top of the pack once more.
