My statement to them would be it's a more skillful version of Michelle Kwan's revered spiral. From the position of her left arm I think she had the arm wrapped around her leg, that's a move she's done in previous programs....in Kungfu Panda there was a head-bob with it.

Back on page 686, Post #10281 (2nd photo) showed her working out with some weight machines. She definitely looks like she's been doing some strength training. She looks great and so healthy looking!

Well, she's had good SP's before...but this just looked to be on a whole new level. Everything was so flowy and beautiful, jumps were big, and spins seemed faster than they've been in a while. Even from the grainy video, you can tell...the confidence is coming back to her. I wouldn't be too optimistic yet as her real test is usually the LP...but still, so pumped for WAR YULIA to return!
