Oh my Yuzuru! Thank you Lord! He did it, he skated a clean LP! So happy for and proud of him!
Same here! I said I wanted to see him making the magic happen and he indeed did that. What can we expect more from him?

YesWay, the Worlds pattern did hold! Yuzuru came roaring back from a poor SP. His fighting spirit is indeed incredible!
BTW at the Eurosport feed, I saw Yuzuru wincing and holding his back. The injury must still be affecting him which makes his FP even more awesome. I hope Yuzuru takes time off to recuperate fully. He has fully earned his rest.

I want to see! I didn't think I'd be able to watch but I just woke up so I could've just woken up earlier!!!
I'm hearing good news. I'm just so proud. His one and only goal was the skate the LP cleanly. And he did just that. So so so proud of you Yuzuru! A true champion.
Now yuzu you need to take a break and recover. We need you strong and healthy!!!

After Machida tore it up a second time at these championships, Hanyu had to skate his heart out to stand any chance... AND HE DID. He was fighting his hardest all the way through... and how he stayed on his feet after 4S was a miracle, a less determined skater would have been human zamboni. He has a champion's spirit.
It may only be a matter of time before somebody breaks 200 points in the FS, and 300 points total. I actually think Hanyu could do it with that R&J routine, because what we saw today still wasn't as good as it could be. But he'd have to keep it another year to perfect it - like he did with PW short program...

I'm speechless so I think my post is going to be a mess.
Thank you, kid, for all the emotions, all the joy, thank you that you are such a fighter! You proved everyone that you are the best skater in the world and that you have potential to become the best skater ever.
R&J is so beautiful and I'm happy to see it finally clean. I froze at the 4S, there was such a fight that moment. I said I won't watch, but when the music started I couldn't leave...
Your lovely face and young age make me call you 'kid', but you are so mature. You put everything in this performance and...idk, for me it was more touching than the 2012 performance. I can't believe I say this, but that's it.
2 days, 2 programs which brought tears in my eyes. Thank you, Japan, for Yuzu and Mao!
