from 00:17-00:22 in this video you can hear the Japanese commentators. Doesn't sound like Nobu and Akiko though
One of the commentators for the Japanese feed is Sano Minoru.

He is an ex-skater himself and often does the commentary for the Japanese audiences.
He is regarded as an expert on the sport and is often on TV talking about the skaters.
I don't know who the other guy is - sorry.

I made recordings of two different short sports segments on tve, as a memory of this week. Yuzuru was at least mentioned by name in the second, lol, but it's all about Javi. ;-)

Yuzu introduced Javi in Spanish at the Gala....bravo
He started with the soft blue "elsa" costume and change to yellow Espana t-shirt when introducing Javi......not sure how many costume changes he will made
