What a way to lighten up the night. Soo adorable, I think it is high time that he shares us that singing voice of his

He did his best, and while he may have looked a little sad upon seeing his score, I could see that he accepted it. Poor young man looked so tired. But his SP is so beautiful, and I think he captured the nuances really well. Hopefully he hasn't injured himself further with those falls -- his knees just seemed to give in, although his 3A is still incredibly stable. Wishing him a good night's rest, and whatever the results will be tomorrow, I know he has tried to give it his all.![]()

Funt fact: Yuzuru is the only one who got level 4 for all of his non-jump elements.
Okay, if he weren't my hero before, he would certainly be now. Anyone who dares to express himself like that in public, to heck what people may think, gets my undying love. (Yes, I do this sort of thing, too, lolol.)
I was sitting right next to the K&C area and you could feel is struggle. High score or not, I am super proud of him. He is a fighter and I will be there tomorrow to root for him!![]()

now i am jealous![]()

Question: was it my eyes or my computer screen or the lighting again - or does his SP costume really look white+blue and no longer white+black?

Thank you for the wonderful postHis thinness is really evident.
There is a beauty to this SP that he creates that makes the score seem irrelevant. He is indeed the Sendai Samurai but also the enchanter who seems to connect to a different and beautiful world; and he brings that world to the audience with his skating, sharing it in a way that we fully feel it.
He is who he is, and there is something that cannot be taken away from him even by injury and setback. I hope he recovers well, but seeing him skate under the conditions of the short here at NHK, so evident is the spirit of his skating, so raw and just there. Injury make have taken away most of everything else, even making his body a foe, but what was left and still fighting for him within him is truly remarkable. We are just left with his essence, and how great it is, even if it had to come to this competition alone without his body in sync; it is there, it shows up and it cannot be taken away, and it won. For me, this is a very special skate
. I do care at all about the falls at all if he could perform like this, wow really really wow, It seems like he bring back the passion he had in his younger day. Sublime!BTW, I don't think that quad is under-rotated, I think they just call it to keep his score down in order to avoid out-cries.
thank youyou are not alone, colour seemed different to me as well
I just had to check. After the "purple" disappointment I don't trust my eyes anymore (or my screen)
